The following form must be completed by all Vendors:
Waiver of Liability Agreement: I understand that Monmouth County Habitat for Humanity or an
organizing individual, organization nor any private party is responsible for any accident or injury that
may occur during the Habitat Holiday Artist Market on 12/13/25, and I release such parties from liability.

Policies & Information
1. Monmouth County Habitat will be promoting this event via social media, press release, on our website and via
Facebook event.
2. Vendors will agree to cross-promote the event using materials provided by Monmouth Coastal Habitat for
Humanity as well as their own promotional posts. Please follow us on social media and share our posts!

3. A $25 table donation is required to secure your table for this event.
Kindly plan to pay by Venmo, check, credit card or cash no later than December 5, 2025.

4. Vendors must provide their own table(s), chair(s) and extension cord(s).
5. All Vendors are required to keep their area clean and free of hazards.
6. Set up time for Vendors will be Saturday, December 14 th at 8:30 a.m.
7. Vendors are required to have their table open for business for the designated market hours on Saturday,
December 13 th from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
8. Vendor accepts responsibility for staffing their space and for all sales transactions for their merchandise for
the entire duration of the event. Sales and transactions will not be processed by Monmouth County Habitat
for Humanity ReStore staff or volunteers.
9. The event will include live music.
10. The parking lot can be used for loading and unloading however Vendor parking during the event will be on
side streets adjacent to the ReStore on 3 rd or 4 th Avenue.
11. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Monmouth County Habitat for Humanity harmless against all claims for
injury and damage to persons and/or property arising from or in any way related to Vendors participation in
the Monmouth County Habitat for Humanity Local Artist Market. Vendor assumes all risk and liability for
injury, damage or loss due to theft, accident or negligence.
