Pre-Qualification Form

To get started with any of our programs, please complete and submit the pre-qualification form below. We’ll review your information and contact you if you qualify.

Our programs include:

First-time Homebuyer Opportunities – for families looking to build and buy their first home with an affordable mortgage
L.I.F.T. (Local Initiative for Troops) – home repairs for active-duty military, veterans, and their families
Ramps & Rails – installation of wheelchair ramps and safety railings for improved access
A Brush With Kindness – exterior home repairs, painting, and yard cleanup projects that help preserve safe, decent housing

Monmouth County Habitat for Humanity serves individuals and families with low to moderate income, as defined by guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Income limits for our programs are updated annually and vary based on household size.
